96% of Australians value happiness and better conditions over money.
We are so stoked for our ‘Partners in Kindness’ Beaumont People on their trial of a 4-day work week! Happier & healthier employees, improved employee engagement and improved productivity levels, anyone? #workingkind Read about it here: https://zcu.io/1vsV
The Beaumont purpose is to connect people to organisations that empower them to do meaningful work and create more opportunities for meaningful work in Australia. This has inspired them to look more closely at the aspects influencing meaningful work and the impact this has on business performance and the future of work as a whole.

The research in this space, as well as their desire to remain connected to the growing needs of their own people and that of the Australian workforce, has encouraged us to trial a 4-day work week.
Just some of the advantages documented by organisations who have also trialled and implemented the 4-day work week, include:
- Happier and healthier employees – reduced stress and health issues resulting in lower absenteeism
- Increased productivity levels – greater use of time and innovation around improving processes and systems
- Greater employee engagement – reduced churn and an increase in attracting new talent.
The trial will take place between 1st February – 30 April 2020 and will be optional for all eligible Beaumont People internal permanent employees.
They will communicate our progress, experience and firsthand learnings throughout the trial and we encourage you to ensure you to follow @BeaumontPeople on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and/or Instagram.
Lastly, if you are also interested in trialling the 4-Day Work Week within your organisation, Beaumont will be holding an event at the end of the trial, to share our experience and results. Please let them know if this is something which you would like to attend
