I am passionate about neurodiverse employment and focus my energies on providing inclusive solutions.
My career started in education and has continued in NFP, public health and corporate environments where it has afforded me a deep understanding of the complexity of neurodivergence and equity across children and adulthood.
As a consultant, I understand the strengths, challenges and nuances of neuro-minorities and work across government, enterprise, SME and start-ups to provide context to organisation’s D & I program development, implementation and integration.
