With extensive experience in developing and delivering creative EDI training packages, that equip leaders with the tools and knowledge to champion diversity, dismantle biases, and foster inclusive practices throughout the talent lifecycle. Jo has an ability to breakdown barriers, create psychological safety and encourage open and transparent communication has been instrumental in many organisations success when accelerating their EDI efforts.
Her knowledge spans various areas of EDI, with a particular emphasis on race and ethnicity, women’s empowerment, inclusive leadership and strategy development.
