The global pandemic has transformed the way we view and approach work, creating novel challenges and untapped opportunities.

Workplace support, either formal or informal, is critical now more than ever in helping employees confidently manage an increasingly complex and unpredictable work life.

This webinar will explore the changing nature of work-life management and how workplaces can adapt to help employees adjust, sustain productivity and achieve a meaningful work-life.

Implications to HR practice will be explored based on an overview of current research insights on workplace support.
