- An understanding how technology can enable and turbo charge strategy & impact
- An insight into what emerging tech other Australian for purpose organisations use in 2021
- An understanding of the difference between technology hype and adoption trends
- A foundation of an IT Plan for your organisation
It can be hard to get to where you are going if you don’t have a roadmap to get there. In this online workshop you will have the opportunity to develop an initial technology strategic plan for your organisation. The session will be practical, insight-filled, benefit from case studies and has specifically been developed for social enterprises and purpose-driven businesses. There will be an opportunity for Q&A with Tim at the end of the session.

MEET THE FACILITATOR
Tim Prosser – Consultant, Professional Impact Network
Tim Prosser is a technology practitioner with over 20 years’ experience transforming businesses digitally and leading teams in Australia and the UK. He has diverse industry experience in healthcare, financial services, energy, aerospace and education sectors serving brands including Rolls-Royce, Electronic Data Systems, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Origin Energy & University of Technology Sydney.
In the past 5 years Tim has an increasing profile among the Australian Tech4Good ‘sector’ as a new generation of social enterprises, not for profits and for-purpose businesses look to improve stakeholder engagement and scale their impact with well-designed human centred technology. He has been an active champion and mentor to over 50 impact focussed start-up businesses using inclusive technology with Australia’s first disability accelerator Remarkable, INCO’s sustainability and urban living Impact accelerator and numerous youth-led social entrepreneurship programs.
This workshop is one in a series and part of the RISE program, an initiative of Social Impact Hub with the generous support of the Paul Ramsay Foundation and Westpac Foundation. RISE collaborates with leading corporates to offer pro bono business support to help social enterprises who have been impacted by COVID-19.
