Where now for L&D post-COVID?
Join learning strategist Michelle Ockers for an evidence-informed exploration of L&D trends over the past 18 months and where we should take learning next in organisations.
Approaches to learning underwent a huge shift in many organisations in 2020. While we are still living and working in the COVID era, we are looking to the future in Australia. This is a period of sense-making and continued reinvention. It’s time to ask what really shifted in L&D during COVID? What should we keep? What should we leave behind? What should we reinstate? And where do we need to continue evolving?
