How do you lead and inspire employees amid a global pandemic that’s creating anxiety and uncertainty everywhere?

For many of us, our current global context is unlike any experience we’ve felt before. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact businesses and communities all over the world, leaders need to equip themselves to ensure their team members are supported, engaged and mentally healthy.

Based on research from Gallup (2020), one thing is clear – global citizens look to leadership to provide a path and provide confidence that there is a way forward. In fact, they report that in times of crisis, there are two directions human nature can take us: fear, helplessness and victimisation, or self-actualisation and engagement.

The webinars are great – perfect for this situation. And the presenters are fantastic. Excellent at engaging in this format and staying on topic and sticking to the time.”

In this highly engaging 90 minute webinar, we:

  • Discuss the universal needs that people have of leaders during times of crisis;

  • Discover how to promote autonomy and self-organising teams to increase engagement, motivation and performance;

  • Develop practical strategies and actionable organisational practices that will increase trust, compassion, stability and hope during times of uncertainty.

“The webinars are great and I’ve really enjoyed participating. They have helped me to identify my strengths which has been really good for me.”
