How do you build and lead a mentally healthy team amid a crisis?

One in five Australian adults experiences a mental illness in any given year, costing Australian workplaces $6.3 billion in absenteeism and presentism alone.  So, what is mental health and wellbeing and how can we build mentally healthy teams through our leadership? This highly engaging and interactive session is a great way to build the confidence of business leaders to lead with their employees’ wellbeing in mind, therefore optimising performance and productivity.

The webinars are great; perfect for this situation. And the presenters are fantastic. Excellent at engaging in this format and staying on topic and sticking to the time.”

In this highly engaging 90 minute webinar, we:

  • Discuss the definition of mental health and mental illness, the key differences and what to look out for.

  • Discover the role of leaders in building self-awareness, promoting positive mental health and creating psychological safety.

  • Develop practical strategies and actionable organisational practices to build mentally healthy teams.

“The webinars are great and I’ve really enjoyed participating. They have helped me to identify my strengths which has been really good for me.”
