Thursday May 6th, 2021

Online
Book HereEmployee engagement and wellbeing are finally taking centre stage in the business world. For too long, these initiates have been viewed as HR responsibility instead of an integral part of business strategy. However, new research suggests that mere access to wellbeing programs can influence employee loyalty, work relationships and job satisfaction; which in turn effects a business’ bottom line.
If you have found yourself wondering how to drive engagement through wellbeing initiatives, then join us for an interactive panel discussion on how to create thoughtful health & wellbeing initiatives that not only drive engagement but also impact the business bottom-line. The session will also look at practical tips on how leaders can impact team engagement through employee wellbeing.
Through an interactive panel discussion, we will look at:
1. Key drivers of engagement for employees in terms of health and wellbeing
2. Tips for leaders on how to promote a mentally safe and healthy workplace
3. Identifying ways to promote and contribute to individual and organisational resilience and wellbeing
4. How to raise awareness of mental health and support employees
5. Sharing approaches to health & wellbeing in the workplace – what works and how to improve
