Book HereHelping others is one of our most prominent core values here at SongDivision, and since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ve put together a special Energy & Well-Being Session focused on music’s proven ability to increase happiness and energy, stimulate memory and develop strong bonds.
Join our world-class musicians — who have performed with Prince, Coldplay, Sia, Aerosmith and more — as we take you through musical techniques for controlling the breath, activating sense of sound, collaborating through song and developing greater mindfulness.
Throughout the session, you’ll also collaborate with SongDivision and fellow attendees to create an original hit song (because that’s what SongDivision does best!), which is later professionally recorded and sent to you to share with your fans!
