Diploma of Career Transition Coaching

This course provides external coaches and internal team leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct team coaching in the workplace. Team members become more effective as a team which enables them to achieve peak performance. As an emerging organisational practice, team coaching improves communication and cooperation, motivation and job satisfaction, team cohesion and reduced conflict. It facilitates problem solving and decision-making so that all team members are committed to the task and achieving the team and business outcomes. As teams are coached, they increase their collective capability and performance through application of the coaching principles of facilitated team dynamics, assisted critical reflection, and positively supportive environment.

• This course consists of eleven units of study including the Diploma of Professional Coaching plus three additional units which have been designed to skill you in how to coach teams to achieve peak performance and productivity.
• This course would suit organisational and team leaders who wish to coach their teams, as well as external coaches contracted to do so by an organisation.
• As an emerging organisational practice, team coaching improves communication and cooperation, motivation and job satisfaction, team cohesion and reduced conflict. It facilitates problem solving and decision-making so that all team members are committed to the task and achieving the team and business outcomes.
• As teams are coached, they increase their collective capability and performance through application of the coaching principles of facilitated team dynamics, assisted critical reflection, and positively supportive environment.
• You have 12 months to complete the course studying 5-6 hours per week. However, the more time you devote to your studies the sooner you will complete the course.
• Delivered online via workbooks, videos and webinars at your convenience. Workshop option is recommended.
•  Practical, hands-on, coach instruction with ongoing support provided 7 days a week via email & phone, as you complete the course and build your coaching career.
