Tara consistently hears from her clients how calm her demeaner is and how seamless the coaching process to serve their growth and development. She brings over fifteen years’ experience in dedicated leadership development roles and over ten years coaching at all levels of organisations to her coaching partners. She has studied education, business, commerce, and psychology at tertiary level, and has executive coaching qualifications from IECL and her mental toughness and resilience quals as well as a diverse range of other knowledge areas including Applied Systemic Thinking, Design Thinking and Synectic Innovation.
Her executive roles have included working in the social innovation hub Opportunity Child leading systemic shifts to disrupt complex disadvantage in early childhood development across Australia’s most vulnerable communities. Her role was Director- Innovation, Capability and Development. Prior to that she was working with Rio Tinto managing global leadership development programmes across 44 countries and creating their global capability and leadership development strategy for 2018- 2020.
