Pamela is someone who brings an energetic, creative and analytical strength to coaching. Coaching is the perfect intersection of her corporate experience, and her passion for helping others accelerate their careers. Her coaching style includes instilling confidence and creating a strong sense of self in her coachees, while facilitating a more holistic and human way to show up at work.
As a trained strategist, digital transformation consultant and communications expert, Pamela loves applying the principles of a growth-mindset and design thinking to help improve individual and team performance. She is a creative problem solver with a 15+ year career that has spanned from start-ups to agencies and large corporations, in New York, Singapore and Sydney. She is currently a Product Marketing Director at Salesforce, and also part of the internal coaching team.
Pamela is a Thai-Chinese-American, born and raised in Singapore. She spent half her life in Los Angeles and New York City, before moving to Sydney at the end of 2020. Outside of work, she is extremely passionate about good food, house/disco/soul music and volunteering to support the causes she believes in; Equality, Education, and Poverty Alleviation.
