Jenny is a senior leader with extensive experience spanning leadership, strategy, transformation, organisational development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, learning, and employee engagement.

Jenny joined Wayside Chapel in August 2021 as Head of People and Culture. She leads and provides strategic oversight to the People and Culture, Volunteer, and WHS functions. Before joining Wayside, Jenny spent five years at Bridge Housing building the People and Culture function. She developed and implemented the change management plan and talent acquisition strategy to support the Social Housing Management Transfer program.

She has led the development and implementation of Leadership and Culture Programs applying a strength-based approach to create a positive, sustainable environment that builds resilience and wellbeing in individuals, teams, and the whole organisation. Under her stewardship Bridge Housing, was awarded Best Workplace by Voice Project in 2019, 2020, and 2021 and Inclusive Employer by Diversity Council Australia in 2018 and 2019.   She was elected Chair of the Power Housing, People and Culture Group to drive national people and culture initiatives across the Australian Community Housing Sector.

Jenny is passionate about leadership development and wellbeing. Jenny holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
