Jaclyn has naturally supported others both personally and professionally with having worked in a range of customer focus roles both external and internally focused.  Further, from her own experience from burnout, this created a further desire to support others which also lead her into the coaching space.

She supports others to gain clarity and work towards their personal and professional goals with support and accountability. Her approach is not a one-size-fits-all solution or a quick fix and, instead takes a holistic approach by considering individuals busy schedules to provide practical solutions to integrate into their lifestyle with ease to create long term-change in a way that’s flexible, fun and sustainable.

Health and wellness in the workplace are also a huge passion hers, influenced by her Diploma of Business (Human Resources) and the many subsequent years spent working in the Human Resources sector, combined with her health and wellness qualifications (including 500hr Yoga Teacher Training), this knowledge and experience gives her a unique advantage when it comes to workplace dynamics and overall company wellbeing.
