Rebecca is on the Bambuddha Group Programs Committee and is a talented community engagement and social sustainability professional with over 25 years’ experience in the Not for Profit, Non-Government, Government and Corporate Sector.
Rebecca is the Community and Stakeholder Liaison Manager, Social Sustainability. Prior to joining Lendlease Rebecca has worked in community services, strategic business development, marketing and brand management. Her most recent focus has been in Sustainability and First Nations for NSW Government.
Her most recent notable achievement is working for three years as a Principle Communications Manager for Transport for NSW, where Rebecca lead communications and suitability for the Greater Sydney maintenance contracts and other progressive Aboriginal partnership initiatives. Rebecca’s greatest strengths across this project included her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand an organisation’s reach and goal setting to support the UN SDGs and Aboriginal procurement and participation.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Swinburne University and is currently studying her MBA at Western Sydney University.
She lives on Darug Country with her husband, their four children and one cranky cat.
