I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of Knight Fowler Jenkins – a specialist recruitment consultancy supporting Australia’s professional services and legal industries.
My reasons for establishing Knight Fowler Jenkins were two-fold:
- to fill a gap for an Australian-based recruitment consultancy that offers specialist expertise around the business services and practice management structures of professional services firms and legal practices; and
- to create a purpose-driven recruitment service that focuses on authentic relationships and not on sales-based KPI’s.
I love my job and that’s because, at its core, good quality recruitment is all about getting-to-know people; I learn what motivates my clients and candidates’ business decisions and career-choices, their push and pull factors, their fears and their dreams.
I believe working with kindness, humanity and integrity is the only way to provide a genuine, inclusive and ultimately successful recruitment service.
