Developing and implementing a stable and robust strategy to grow the Individual Giving based and expand the Gift in Wills pipeline. Working in collaboration with the Major Giving team to develop a Mid Value and Nurture strategy to enhance donor development for Major Donor and Gift in Will prospecting.
