I am a career and leadership coach, and strategic consultant of eight years, following an executive career in government and not-for-profit sectors. Albany Lane has developed, to become a unique support for individuals and groups to make positive change.
We do this through online programs, workshops and one-to-one coaching that focus on:
- Practices of self-compassion and personal courage, to centre you in your life, bring you focus and energy
- Creating ideal working lives, by developing a clarity of vision, and the confidence to make changes in your career
- Developing leadership especially in new leaders, through a values-led approach
As a coach and facilitator, I have worked with hundreds of highly satisfied clients including: corporate, media and community leaders; arts managers and creative producers; small business owners, freelancers and independent artists. I have a commitment to increasing participation and diversity in workplaces and leadership, and have devised and led career development and leadership programs for women, young and older people, people with disability, in regional and remote areas, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
My background includes more than 20+ years’ experience in government strategy and policy, in funding and cultural agencies, and leading not-for-profit companies as CEO, chair and board member.
My practice is anchored by evidence-based research and qualifications in transpersonal coaching, meditation facilitation, positive psychology, personal and corporate wellness.
I have been writing a regular blog since 2012 “Inspiration in your Inbox” (www.albanylane.com.au), and have been featured in national and international media; including ABC Radio, W4WN Radio (US based), The Clyde Fitch Report (US Arts & Politics), Arts Hub, Business Chicks and Coaching Life online news services/magazines.
