In the past 15 years as a sports scientist, Jonathan Cawte has witnessed that when it comes to your health the biggest benefit is not physical, it’s mental. Early in his career, his ability to coach the physical skills of fitness saw him spend a season training the Junior Waratahs and flown to the Middle East to coach the Prince of Saudi Arabia. Jonathan is the author of Executive Athlete and has created systems such as the Player Readiness Score to teach leaders how to physically prepare to make their best decisions. Jonathan’s second book Unbreakable contains a 20-week program to enhance the resilience of the leader – and their team – by developing each individual’s mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
